M-D3B-2 Recirculating oil system
The newest addition to Merrow's Butted Seaming product line
is the M-D3B-2. This machine produces the 5/8" inch (16mm) wide stitch of the 70-D3B-2, except this machine adds a recirculating oil system.
Equipped with a specially modified frame, cams, shafts,
and oil regulating parts the M-D3B-2 re-circulates
oil through a filter like the Merrow M-Class machines.
This offers important benefits for continuous dry processing
when the machine is producing seams constantly,
for example: greige goods put up room applications.
It also facilitates railway operations where it is harder
to drain the oil from a 70-D3B-2 while it is mounted on
the rail carriage.

This machine is strictly for dry goods. Maximum r.p.m.
is 2250. It will be available in May 2000. An extended
cutter version, M2-D3B-2 ( like the 72-D3B),
will be available this summer. A two-thread version, M-D3B-3
(like the 70-D3B-3), will be available in the fall.
